Employing more than 900 import professionals, 25% of whom are individually licensed in customs brokerage, DHL Global Forwarding is recognized to represent importers before U.S. Canadian and Mexican customs agencies. Additionally the Federal Aviation Authority, Food & Drug Administration, Fish & Wildlife Service, Department of Agriculture, and Federal Maritime Commission among others.

Our other value-added services include pre-shipment inspections at point of origin, preparation and tracking of documentation, temporary import bonds and duty drawback management. We provide special handing for fine arts, antiques, retail merchandise, electronics and other goods subject to specific regulations.

Through our internet Import Management System (IMS), you have full and immediate visibility of shipment information via the Internet, including shipments on hold and cleared but not received.
