As part of the management review process, scorecards and dashboards are reviewed, discussion is provoked, attention is drawn to the defects, and opportunities are identified for improvement initiatives.

Quality Assurance

Based on ISO 9001:2000 principles, our quality assurance approach emphasizes customer focus, associate involvement, and continual improvement. Each site completes a monthly scorecard. The results are reviewed by senior management to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.
