Update on the Office Clerical Unit (OCU)/International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) Contract Negotiations

We are pleased to report that an agreement has been reached between the Office Clerical Unit (OCU) of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) and their maritime employers in the greater Los Angeles area yesterday, July 26th, 2007.

The newly agreed upon contract will result in continuous work practices and 'business as usual' in the busy Los Angeles / Long Beach port complex.
