We at DHL Global Forwarding continue to receive these notices on a near daily basis and we are currently negotiating with the carriers to mitigate the charges as best we can. We expect this process to take some time and we will be reverting to you with the final outcome.
Some of the charges, such as certain GRI's are firm for the time being. Your local DHL Global Forwarding office will be updating your rates and will continue to keep you updated on our negotiation progress.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during these volatile times.
Regards,
Tom Cichon
